Arriving at Slite your mentor will have created a special note, containing all the informations you need for your first month with us. This is an exceptional time for the whole team to adapt to your arrival, get to know you and how to work with you and therefore every new comer meet with every team members.
Reviewed during your onboarding, you have a note summing up your role, missions and the outcomes expected for your first 6 months.
This meeting is a time to reflect on the achieved work, talk about the improvements that can be made and speak about your goals.
This meeting is scheduled after the first month, the third & every 3 months after that.

1-1s are probably the only ceremony that will always be a part of Slite. They take time but are the meetings with the best ROI so far.
