At MadKudu, we value the team spirit, so the default option is to . It is not about performance, it is about culture and being here for teammates. When you come to the office, you can see if a teammate is feeling down and you can be there for them. And if you have a success, you can also be there to share it with the team.
But also to ensure more flexibility MadKudu enables kudus to work from home "home office" / "remote".
It is always a complicated topic and we want to make it simple: we have an
Meaning: you can do remote sometimes if there are no scheduling conflicts. We'll not decide for what reason you can/ would like to do it. We have a performance and trust-based culture and you're responsible for both your objectives and schedule.
Everyone should have in his/her user manual the hours they'll be at the office.
- we'll not decide for you, you know why you need to WFH
- global policy is open, and each team has its own policy with the manager in charge (it is normal, due to specific tasks)
- you should work from home or a private space
- if not: you'll have to sign a special document to protect yourself (security and work laws, especially in France)
- we'll not decide for you, you know when you need to WFH
- TBD with your manager
- you need to have your material with you to do your job properly (laptop, charger, internet access, VPN, etc)
- just ask and validate it with your manager
- if you can, let your team know before D day 🙂
- write it on slack on the D day so people will not look for you in the office
- in every case, we would like you to attend 2 times a year retreat and be on-site as much as possible (for instance: as Hac does)
- when onboardings: managers and team have to be at the office during the first weeks
- team building + team lunches + events you have to attend
- when working from public spaces, be especially careful with security, data, open laptop and confidential informations 🙏🏽
- if we can't see you on slack or reach you that day we may want to discuss/review the organisation with you
- if you want to work later than your official schedule, you should validate it with your manager (especially in France, french law)
