Welcome to your first 1on1 meeting!
The goal of this meeting is for us both to take time and get to know each other, our working styles, preferences, communication style, and talk about how you can work well together.
This 1on1 has more questions and it should take at least 1 hour to go through everything. Take some time to reflect on the questions before the 1on1 as some of the questions require reflection time.
