We’ve come to the same conclusion and have implemented the same policy! A minimum vacation policy: each team member is expected to take at least 3 weeks off throughout the year with at least one week-or-longer vacation.
🇫🇷 We already have 5 weeks payed, but at MadKudu, you can also 1) take a holiday day in advance (even if you don't already have the right amount contributed) 2) you can also take "sans solde" days if needed
You can work from Paris or from MV and come to visit both offices!
