🎈Worry-free vacations, 3 weeks minimum


🇺🇸 Don’t need to explain much because someone already did all the talking here:  https://baremetrics.com/blog/unlimited-minimum-vacation . We’ve come to the same conclusion and have implemented the same policy! A minimum vacation policy: each team member is expected to take at least 3 weeks off throughout the year with at least one week-or-longer vacation.

🇫🇷 We already have 5 weeks payed, but at MadKudu, you can also 1) take a holiday day in advance (even if you don't already have the right amount contributed) 2) you can also take "sans solde" days if needed

🎈Travel between countries


You can work from Paris or from MV and come to visit both offices!
Just align with your schedule and manager 🙂

🎈Travel expenses between countries


MadKudu will take care of expenses for the trip:
  • plane ticket
  • transportation during the trip (Caltrain for SF and Metro tickets for Paris)
  • taxi or transportation ride to/from the Airport
  • airbnb or hotel
  • food during the trip

If you want to read a new book, just order it with the MadKudu card or add the invoice to Expensify or Payfit, and when you finish it, please tell us what you think about, and add it to the Kudus Library 📗

🎈Conferences, languages classes and coaching


As a human growth focus company, this is not only a benefit but also a focus you also should have.
  • There is no (official) limit of budget to attend conferences (personal growth or hard skills field-related conferences). Please list events you would like to attend and synchronise with your manager and @Fanny Flg for organization.
  • You should also update to share with your peers your experience. Recent examples: @Hannah Mirza went to LWT conference in SF (2019).
