For a while, there’s been an unhealthy obsession about which companies offer the craziest perks . Startups talks about what perks makes your company most attractive or how to use perks to retain talents .
At MadKudu, we’d like to keep it real and sincere. And we’re not alone.
We don’t think one should look back at their time with MadKudu and say “woooo, the perks were amazing!”.
Instead, we’d love to hear a ex-Kudu say “wooo… MadKudu was the best work experience I ever had. I grew personally like never before, had fun with my teammates, and build something I am proud of”.
Having said that, we’re all about removing the friction that come on the way to us fully enjoying life, following our passion and having fun.
Also, we don’t believe in benefits that push/trap employees to stay at the office. Most Silicon Valley firms offer free meals and massages at the office. MadKudu’s benefits only benefit the players: paid vacations, 100% healthcare, remote, personal coaches, etc.
This is not set in stone and we’re at a stage of the company where we can do anything we want. So feel free to bring your own ideas to the table and share on what will make the MadKudu experience even more enjoyable!
